It has chairs in front of the room so you can sit out and admire the sunset or sunrise. Location was good, not too far from the entrance to the park. Vinyl flooring, carpet is gross.

Rooms where clean and convenient to Sequoia Park. We stayed the weekend, got to enjoy breakfast the second day. Breakfast consists of make your own waffles, coffee, toast and pastrys. Bonus the best fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh oranges from the local orange groves.

I might have been lucky, but I got a nice room with everything reasonably clean and working. Only the aircondition borke down the last evening. It wasn't too hot though.

It is a nice location for Sequoia National Park. A short drive down the road offers a handful of different restaurants and shops. The pool was closed, but the river is just behind the hotel and probably better for a dip anyway. The room was spacious and clean. The AC unit seemed a bit old (and loud) but did the job well enough. The walls, or maybe just the ceiling, are a bit thin; we could hear folks upstairs walking about and turning their AC on and off. However, it wasn't a big deal, and I still slept fine.

Let's just say all the negative comments about this place are unfounded. We had a clean room, hot water, and restful sleep. Breakfast could have been better

Nice big room. We liked the hard surface floor. They accommodated my request for ground floor room, my older dog cant do stairs. Grounds were really nice, grass and trees. Kids were playing on the swings and someone was using the barbecue when we arrived. Nice place for families.
